A) Impersonal “it “can be used to talk about time, date, distance, conditions or weather. B) “It” can be used in the subject position to stand fro the infinitive or a clause. We usually call it “formal subject” Step 4 practice Do first one together with the whole class to make sure the students know what to do. Then let them do the exercise individually.
