Firstly, I noticed they had a sense of humor! They simply weren’t a terribly serious group of people. Instead, they thought that life was to be enjoyed and that means they were able to laugh a little bit. Sure, there were different degrees in this but they all had a sense of humor. They were able to laugh at the proper time, and they were able to laugh at themselves. It was quite cheerful and I’m sure it was a key to their success.
Secondly, I found out that they achieved their success through hard work. They didn’t come form families that gave them a free pass into the upper position of the company. What had got them to where they were? Hard work! These folks worked long hours and were strict about the work they did. The company appreciated this and their work was paying off.
The third thing I noticed about this team was that they were learners. During my courses they listened carefully. You could see their minds processing the information. They were asking questions and applying(应用) the material to their work. It was interesting to watch them in their team meetings led by their sales manager. They were active and were always willing to learn from their workmates.
The same things can make you a success if you follow these principles in your own life: a sense of humor, hard work, and a desire to learn at every turn.

With eight wonderful songs, Lady Gaga’s second album The Fame Monster will keep you singing and dancing excitedly all through the night.
Bad Romance is the first song on the album. I saw a Lady Gaga interview on TV and she said the song was about her strong feelings toward a man. I love this song very much. My second favorite song on the album is Monster. With Lady Gaga’s beautiful voice and laughter at the beginning, you can quickly fall in love with this song.
There are other great songs like Alejandro, Speechless and Telephone With Beyonce, I love Lady Crasa’s voice -- especially when she sings in French and Spanish. Eight songs seem too few for an album. But I can assure you The Fame Monster is worth buying.

I have never been a Death Cab for Cutie fan, especially because of lead singer Ben Gibbard and his girly voice. A friend of mine thought I was insane(精神病的) for not liking his favorite band and talked to me until I finally listened to Plans.
The album’s biggest hit, I Will Follow You Into The Dark, is the song I have the biggest problem with. When I heard the first line, “Love of mine, some day you will die,” my immediate thought was, “Thanks, man. That’s something I wanna hear.” Summe Skin is almost as bad. It’s about a summer love that drifts off as the seasons change and each person grows older.
